About this position
At OneSimplicity, we’re building the world’s first AI-powered city platform, helping residents and travelers explore smarter, safer, and more connected urban environments. As a Business Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in establishing relationships with government agencies, tourism boards, and real estate organizations. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you’ll craft partnerships that drive adoption, visibility, and revenue for Simplicity in global markets.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities across public and private sectors.
Lead discussions with city governments, tourism boards, and real estate networks.
Collaborate with the Head of Growth to design and execute partnership strategies.
Develop business cases, proposals, and presentations for potential partners.
Negotiate agreements and ensure successful handoffs to implementation teams.
Track KPIs and maintain visibility into partnership performance and ROI.
Represent Simplicity at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
Strong understanding of government or public-sector operations, tourism, or real estate networks.
Proven ability to close complex partnership deals and manage executive relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with ability to connect partnerships to measurable outcomes.
Experience in SaaS, smart cities, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
English proficiency (C1 or higher); Spanish proficiency a plus.
