About this position
At OneSimplicity, we’re building the global AI-powered city platform that helps residents and travelers navigate smarter, safer, and more connected urban environments. As Country Manager for Mexico City, you will oversee key governmental relationships, manage enterprise deployments, and ensure the successful rollout of Simplicity solutions across Mexico and broader LATAM markets. You’ll serve as the senior regional representative, working closely with Growth, Implementation, and Product teams to drive adoption and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Lead all government and municipal relationships in Mexico City and across LATAM.
Oversee enterprise partner rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
Represent Simplicity in meetings with city officials, public institutions, and enterprise stakeholders.
Coordinate with Implementation and Engineering teams to manage regional deployments.
Identify and pursue regional expansion opportunities across government, tourism, and enterprise sectors.
Ensure KPIs, service levels, and rollout milestones are met across all clients.
Provide market insights to guide product and strategy development.
Serve as the senior point of escalation for clients in the region.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in government relations, enterprise account management, or regional operations.
Proven experience working with government agencies or public-sector clients in Mexico.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS deployments or technical rollouts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple clients simultaneously.
Fluent in Spanish (native-level) and English (C1).
Comfortable representing Simplicity publicly at events and governmental meetings.
Strong leadership, accountability, and operational management skills.
