At OneSimplicity, we’re building AI-driven city and travel technology that connects residents, visitors, and partners. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll serve as the first line of support for clients, managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users in real time. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Simplicity’s mission to make cities smarter, more connected, and easier to navigate.
Responsibilities
Manage Tier 1 client support requests via chat, email, or ticketing systems.
Assist with AI concierge operations and general client inquiries.
Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to resolve common issues.
Document and escalate recurring problems to ensure long-term resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
(Optional) Provide bilingual support for LATAM clients (English / Spanish).
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in customer success, client support, or a related role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with basic familiarity in SaaS tools, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
English proficiency (C1 or higher); Spanish proficiency a strong plus.
Positive, empathetic attitude with a focus on delivering great experiences.
