About this position
With increased technical operations and cloud expansion in Mexico City, security is a core priority. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage security controls across cloud systems, APIs, and enterprise deployments. You’ll help ensure our AI city platform remains resilient, compliant, and secure.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain cloud security architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Implement IAM, monitoring, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
Test and secure APIs, infrastructure, and integrations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enforce secure coding standards.
Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
Establish SOC, compliance, and audit processes for LATAM clients.
Qualifications
4+ years in cybersecurity, cloud security, or infrastructure security.
Experience with IAM, SIEM, SOC operations, and threat prevention tools.
Strong understanding of cloud environments and secure architectures.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
Spanish native + strong English.
Certification (CISSP, CEH, Security+, etc.) is a plus.
