As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end relationship with our largest partners—ensuring they derive continuous value from Simplicity’s platform. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, driving renewals, growth, and alignment between client goals and Simplicity’s roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and present performance insights.

  • Develop account strategies and ensure timely renewals.

  • Serve as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring their needs shape future product direction.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.

  • Proven success managing strategic or large-scale B2B relationships.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to analyze account data and translate insights into actions.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or travel technology industries is a plus.

  • English proficiency (C1 or higher); Spanish proficiency a plus.
