Simplicity is building the AI-powered operating system for cities — transforming how residents, travelers, and governments connect through real-time information, city services, and intelligent automation. Our platform is expanding rapidly across the U.S., Europe, and LATAM, and we’re now assembling a leadership layer to help scale Simplicity into a global company.
We’re hiring a Non-Technical Ex-Founder who knows how to turn ideas into revenue, momentum, and operational clarity. This is an unstructured, high-autonomy role for someone who has already built something from zero and wants to help accelerate Simplicity’s growth across Mexico City and Latin America. You’ll identify opportunities, remove obstacles, lead initiatives, and take ownership wherever the company needs it most.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of high-impact projects across growth, partnerships, operations, and strategy.
Identify and execute opportunities that accelerate market adoption in Mexico City and LATAM.
Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on company-level priorities.
Build processes, partnerships, and scalable structures where none exist.
Act as a force multiplier — stepping into whatever role moves the company forward.
Qualifications
Previous founder or early-founding-team experience (co-founder or employee #1-10).
Experience taking an idea to revenue (≥ $50k ARR).
Ability to operate independently with minimal structure.
Strong execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Native Spanish + strong English (B2+/C1).
Experience scaling a startup past $500k ARR.
Background in AI, SaaS, government partnerships, or urban technology.
Familiarity with LATAM markets and public-sector dynamics.
