About this position
At OneSimplicity, we’re building the world’s first AI-powered city and travel platform. As an Implementation Manager, you’ll bridge client technology teams and Simplicity’s developers—ensuring every integration, SSO setup, DNS configuration, and white-label deployment runs smoothly. You’ll manage the full technical onboarding lifecycle and play a critical role in ensuring partners launch successfully and scale confidently.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate client integrations, including SSO, DNS, and white-label configurations.
Serve as the main liaison between client IT teams and Simplicity’s engineering department.
Develop and manage implementation timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide technical support throughout deployment.
Document implementation processes and continuously improve onboarding workflows.
Collaborate with Sales and Product to align on customer needs and technical scope.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical implementation, customer onboarding, or systems integration.
Strong understanding of web technologies (SSO, APIs, DNS, authentication protocols).
Experience coordinating between external clients and internal engineering teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking across projects.
Familiarity with SaaS architecture and deployment models.
English at upper-intermediate (B2+) and Slovak proficiency (C2).
