About this position
At OneSimplicity, we’re redefining how cities and travelers interact through AI-powered experiences. As an Onboarding & Training Specialist, you’ll guide new clients through implementation and adoption—creating learning content, hosting live and recorded sessions, and managing our client training ecosystem. You’ll ensure every customer is confident, informed, and empowered to make the most of Simplicity’s capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding sessions for new clients deploying AI solutions.
Design and deliver live webinars and training programs.
Create onboarding videos, help articles, and step-by-step documentation.
Manage and continuously improve the client training library.
Collaborate with Implementation and Success teams to streamline client readiness.
Gather feedback to refine training materials and improve client experience.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in client onboarding, customer training, or support enablement.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both live and recorded.
Experience creating instructional content (videos, guides, documentation).
Familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, or learning management systems.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on clarity and engagement.
English fluency (C1 or above).
Bonus: Experience in tech adoption, AI platforms, or B2B SaaS training.
