What you will do
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product Leadership to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the product
- Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas
- Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective
- Design elegant solutions to complex workflows
- Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI refactorings for a more intuitive user experience
- Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation and user experience are of high-quality
- Use and evolve our design system in order to craft flows and prototypes
- Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team
- Work in close collaboration with design leadership to inform and improve our design processes
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing your process utilizing UCD approach, developing insights and implementing them into user flows
- Solid understanding of building usable, and modular designs that can scale
- Ambition in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
- Solid foundation in Typography, Interaction and Visual Design, and Ideation is a plus
- Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features
- Experience with rapid prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Slovak)
Monthly salary: from 1,500€ - 3,500€ depending on your seniority + Employee stock ownership plan
