About this position
As a Technical Product Manager at OneSimplicity, you will drive the strategy, development, and rollout of core product features across LATAM. You’ll manage the product lifecycle end-to-end—working with engineering, design, and growth teams to build AI-powered city solutions that scale.
Responsibilities
Define product roadmap and priorities based on business goals and user needs.
Translate product requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and leadership to align product direction.
Evaluate product performance and guide feature improvements.
Ensure successful rollout of features across Mexico City and LATAM markets.
Qualifications
4+ years in technical product management or technical leadership roles.
Strong understanding of engineering processes, APIs, and cloud architectures.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, or mobile apps is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Fluent Spanish (native) and strong English (B2+/C1).
