About Simplicity

We at Simplicity are building a new smart way of how cities and municipalities connect with their citizens. Become a key member of our early team to have a significant impact on building a great product. Your job will be to own the roadmap of our product which is already used by 130+ cities in USA, Israel and Slovakia.

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap and decide on the priorities for our product team
  • Understand client needs and translate them into new features
  • Lead product development from an idea to a successful release
  • Manage tasks for developers and designers
  • Develop ways how to track data and draw insights from them
  • Work closely with other senior members across the company
  • Manage product development backlog (MSCW method or similar)

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a product related role, ideally in a tech company
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to life
  • Strong passion for building things which create value
  • Successfully managed projects with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven, analytical, and quick to learn
  • You are fond of the latest technological trends and developments
  • Experience with Jira is a big plus

Monthly salary: from 2,000€ - 4,000€ depending on your seniority + Employee stock ownership plan
