As a Sales / Partnership Associate, you’ll work closely with the Business Development and Growth teams to identify leads, coordinate outreach, and support partner engagement initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow their career in business development and learn from a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify new partnership and sales opportunities.

  • Support outbound communication and meeting scheduling with prospective clients.

  • Maintain CRM data and assist with pipeline tracking.

  • Coordinate logistics for calls, demos, and partner meetings.

  • Collaborate with the Growth team on campaign planning and follow-ups.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for partnership discussions.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership support (internships included).

  • Strong communication, organization, and research skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • English fluency (C1 or higher); Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Interest in AI, travel tech, or smart city solutions.
