Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand accounts.

  • Manage onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Proven record of driving renewals and customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.

  • SaaS or technology industry experience preferred.
