New York, NY — In 2022, the City of New York partnered with Simplicity to provide residents with direct access to verified updates and important city information. The launch marked one of Simplicity’s largest municipal deployments and became a defining milestone in the company’s expansion in the United States.
More than eight million New Yorkers were given access to a new communication channel designed to make official information easier to find and follow. Residents could stay informed about essential city updates in a more direct and reliable way, strengthening the connection between city leadership and the communities they serve.
Mayor Eric Adams welcomed the initiative and emphasized the importance of improving access to trustworthy information for residents across the city. He noted that the partnership helps bring city government closer to the people it serves.
Juraj Gago, co-founder of Simplicity, described the partnership as a major moment in the company’s early chapter in the United States and a meaningful step toward helping large and diverse communities stay informed.
The collaboration with New York City remains one of Simplicity’s most visible achievements during its earlier phase and stands as an important part of the company’s history.
